Vinification
Meticulous selection and extraction of color and bouquet. 15–20 days of maceration in stainless steel with malolactic fermentation. 24 months of refinement.
Tasting Notes
Deep cherry red. Rich, gently tannic and well-balanced. Round and fresh with notes of cherry, pomegranate, and soft fruit.
Food Pairings
Wonderful with roasted red meat and sausage. Ideal with seasoned cheese.
