Ideal for seafood, shellfish and white meat dishes. Appropriate with mid-aged and soft cheese.

- Soil: Limestone and clay with shingle sand
- Altitude: 200 m a.s.l.
- Training and yield: Espalier, 70 q/ha
- Vinification: Cryo-maceration on the skins for 6 hours. Must clarified by cold static method. Alcoholic fermentation at 16°C, followed by ageing on the lees for at least 4 months
