1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through etnasmaak.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Etna Smaak is registered in the Netherlands.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age verification cannot be confirmed.

3. Orders & Prices

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. An order confirmation does not constitute a binding contract until the order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping

We ship within the Netherlands and to selected European countries. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns

We accept returns of damaged or faulty bottles. Please see our Returns & Damaged Bottles page for full details. We do not accept returns of wine that has been opened or stored incorrectly.

6. Liability

Etna Smaak is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
